For more than 20 years, Hemopet has been a pet lifeline. We established the first non-profit national animal blood bank, which is a leader in its field. Our greyhound rescue program known around the world has re-homed more than 1500 dogs from the racing industry and placed them as family companions. Our educational programs for children in inner city schools and people with special needs have taught the community that loving an animal translates into being loving to people.
The new Hemopet building houses our blood bank, laboratory, greyhounds, as well as consultation and office space.
